About PWS

PWS was established in 2014 by Werner Stears. Prior to establishing PWS, Werner grew up in the construction industry. During this time he worked on sites in various trades. After metric Werner studied Building at the Cape Technician. After studies he worked actively in construction industry for about eight years and then moved into a project and construction management position for a company that developed turn-key property development and construction projects. The office consisted of architects, quantity surveyors and site managers. Werner managed this office for six years with projects in the Western Cape, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape and JHB.

Then PWS was established in 2014. Werner was involved with the project, cost and construction management of various types of turn key property development projects ranging from commercial, to residential to agricultural developments in South Africa and in Africa. This included small, medium and large projects. PWS soon evolved into a turn key property development, quantity surveying and construction management service for business owners, property owners, investment fund managers, agricultural developers, property managers, property developers and body corporates.
